Summer : 7:45 AM To 12:00 NOON
Winter : 8:15 AM to 12:30 PM
Examination & Promotion
- There will be 2 Formative Assessments and 2 Summative Assessments in an academic session.
- Promotion of a student to next class will be determined on the basis of his/her yearly performance.
- Decision of the Principal,regarding promotion,will be final.
- A student will not be allowed to sit for any main Examination if his/her fees are in arrears as per schedule of the school, mentioned in fee card or his/her attendance is below 75%.
Fee Rules & Regulations
At our school, we maintain a transparent and disciplined fee structure to ensure smooth functioning throughout the academic year. Parents are requested to follow the guidelines mentioned below:
1. Annual Fee Cycle
Fees are charged for all 12 months, covering the complete academic session.
No deductions are applicable for vacations or broken periods.
2. Fee Payment Schedule
Fees must be paid on or before the 7th of every month.
Payments can be deposited from the 1st to the 7th of each month (Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM) without any late fee.
3. Late Fee Policy
Parents who fail to submit fees on time will be required to pay a late fine of ₹100 along with the pending fee.
4. Payment Modes
Fees can be paid via Cash or Digital mode/QR.
5. Withdrawal Policy
In case of withdrawal, one month’s written notice or payment of one month’s fee in lieu of notice is mandatory.
6. Fee Card Rules
A fee card is issued to every student each year.
In case of loss, a duplicate card can be issued for a charge of ₹100.
7. Fee Receipt
Parents/Guardians are requested to safely keep the fee receipts, as they may be required as proof of payment in the future.
- No student will be allowed to sit for any examination unless all dues are paid.
